'hippie with leaf' 2009
Here is one of the photos taken with the funky lomography cameras- it was quite an intense experience as these cameras don't allow for any control. Also notice light leak in top left corner- result of cheaply made plastic body. This photograph was taken with an 'oktomat' - a camera which takes 8 pics in sequence on one frame of film. This pic was my favourite out of hundreds.
Me and 7 other artists have been selected to participate in a lomography mentored workshop at the Greatmore studios in Woodstock, Cape Town. I'm very excited to make some new work, and share it here.
